I am changing accounting programs and need a script or program that will let me take data from one program (as a .csv, or tab-delimited file for instance) and allow it to be automatically keystroked into a form on the new program. The new program form is populated by entering [data field1]{​TAB}​{​TAB}​[data field2]{​TAB}​ I would like to select a file containing the exported data from the old program and automtically keystroke it into the new program. I can separate the individual items into individual files and parse it any way that would be helpful. The task described above would be sufficient. In my dreams, the script would be able to enter the final assembly number in a form field of the accounting package, then click a button named "Edit", it would then have to select a tab on the window that opens, and click a button labeled Edit List. At this point, the items would be entered as described above and the OK button would be clicked when this item is complete. Several close buttons would be clicked. This would bring us back to the main screen and the entire process would repeat until all items requiring data entry are entered. for the perfect script, I would envision a data structure to be something like this: FINAL ITEM1 component1, quantity1 component2,quantity2 component3,quantity3 . . . FINAL ITEM2 component1, quantity1 component2,quantity2 component3,quantity3 . . . etc.

Have the program work on different versions of excel. Having multiple (5) Different Spread sheets with multiple tabs integrated to work together after begin manually updated. Also needed is a database to keep data and have two or more people to have opened and input data at same time. Listed of HPU/UPH (Hours per unit) and reports per department. We are looking for someone to write an iperf script to test the throughput between two devices. - A CSV/File containing two fields will be provided (Field 1 = Store Number, Field 2 = Device IP Address) - The script should prompt the user for input (Store Number) - The script should take the input store number and run an iperf throughput test in both directions to report upstream/downstream speed between devices. - Upstream and downstream speeds should be presented to the user. We would like the script to be written offsite and some time allowed to test on a supervised remote connection (Facilitated by TeamViewer) to allow troubleshooting if required. Script needs to run without any installation, other than that no preference on language/scripting used.
