We need someone who is well versed in Government Contract bidding to consult with. This person must have experience in local, state, and federal government projects. This consultant must be able to look at what we have in place and guide us to what we still need to complete in order to begin bidding on government projects. This consultant should be familiar with California government bidding portals, be able to look at what we set-up already and consult with us via complete transparency and realistic results.
We would like a written analysis of your findings, with a plan on what we need to do and how to do it. We're not looking for someone to sit on the phone and tell us what to do without giving us the information on how to move forward. If we need insurance, additional certifications, bid templates, etc. we want to know.
