We need several shots of computer screens tracked and layout/interface designed.
Pasted below are the scenes with descriptions of the story that needs to be told.
28 INT. DINER - “Googles waking dreams”
Gabriel goes about the motions of the day, cooking a few items for the paltry number of Guests in the diner. His mind is clearly elsewhere as he goes about his tasks. Heh! Heh! Heh! Gabriel looks across the restaurant where he sees Jesse flirting with a table of THREE GIRLS. The girls are clearly charmed by Jesse's story. Gabriel opens Jesse's sticker covered laptop. In Google, he searches "Waking dreams". The search comes back with a definition: "A waking, lucid, dream is any dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming." Gabriel scrolls through a few more pages on lucid dreaming, before returning to the Google home page. He searches "Memory sharing between twins". The search up with items published by Dr. Connelly elaborating further on what she was speaking of on the morning talk show. But most of the items on the search are articles debunking Connelly's theories. He clicks a youtube video. "There is no medical or psychological grounds to support the theories of 'Dr.' Connelly... My twin brother and I are 35 years old, and we've never had the sort of 'memory echoes' that Brenda Connelly has spoken of... What a crackpot!" Gabriel, defeated, closes Jesse's laptop and glances out the window. He SEES a couple of hundred feet in the distance - Sheriff Hodge parks his sheriff cruiser. Hodge appears to be looking in Gabriel's general direction. Through the diner’s window, we SEE Gabriel give an acknowledging wave to the Sheriff.
ON THE SCREEN: He types "Home Away From Home boat". The search brings back one Jack W. Kenneth - Gabriel recognizes him as the fishing man on the boat. He clicks on an article: "A D.C. lobbyist attempting to make corporate tax records more transparent... Was expected to speak before Congress in two weeks time... Eyewitnesses reported he'd been seen having heated disputes with his wife. Her fingerprints were found on the murder weapon that killed him in this double murder-suicide on his boat 'My Home Away From Home' which he regularly cruised on during holidays and weekends." Gabriel opens a new page to Google search, this time he types in "Politician killed in Seattle." The search comes back with a series of headlines: "Governor John Francis (WA) dead at 45... suspected terrorist attack, first in Seattle's history... Francis was wildly popular, and announced his candidacy for president for the 2016 election... Has drawn criticism from opponents about his extreme view that America should be isolationist from the rest of the world."
GABRIEL recognizes this man as the one from his first dream. THUD! A book falls to the floor about 50 feet to his right, Gabriel jumps at the sound of it and quickly minimizes his pages. He looks over to his right to see an older
LIBRARIAN with a book cart is the perpetrator. Doesn't seem like the kind of person who would do him any harm. Nonetheless, Gabriel pans the screen out of her eyesight before reopening his pages. Gabriel goes back and forth between these two pages. He tries to piece together in his mind what a politician from Washington state, and a D.C. lobbyist have in common. Unsatisfied, he clicks the "Print" button on these pages
61 INT. DINER - “googling suited man murder at subway”
Gabriel sits in front Jesse's laptop at the bar counter. Jesse quietly continues opening up, setting places. Gabriel types in "Man killed by train". A news brief comes up about an Illinois Congressman named Edward Lansky who allegedly jumped in front of an oncoming train in Chicago - Gabriel recognizes this man as the Suited Man. He scrolls down sees; "Chicago Metra station F." Gabriel grabs a pen and napkin, writes down the location. Behind him, Jesse slips his phone out of his pocket, then slides towards the rear door. Gabriel reads this news brief a bit: "The second term Congressman was on brief visit home from Washington D.C... Lansky was the most vocal voice against gun control." Gabriel clicks on another article, this one has a picture of Lansky at a political rally. In this picture, there are several men standing in the background. Gabriel zooms in on the image, pans across the men. One stands out. He vaguely recognizes Masterson. Jesse studies Gabriel studying the computer - and slips out the back door. The rear door CLICKS closed. Gabriel's eyes snap up. He sees Jesse outside on his cellphone. He jumps into action, stools fly out of his way. BAM! Gabriel slams through the rear
