We need channelizer implementation designed to run on bladeRF x115 FPGA (available 115KLE space), which can be configured (mainly channel width at build-time if possible, and set of channels to output through USB to controlling computer (on runtime if possible)
Mimimum performance we require from such solution is real-time channelizer running on 20MHz frequency range, channelizing 8KHz channels in non-direct connection (different paddings between distinct channels)
Channel data have to be output through USB as timestamped frames (GSMTAP or similar manner, suggest solution) with markup of ARFCN or other identifier that can be used to match output stream to channel/begin-frequency.
Channels will always have uniform width (ie. 8KHz), however the paddings are subject to change, and have to be changeable without uploading FPGA firmware (solution will provide configuration API of any form)
