Hello, I'm Joyce. Here's what I can offer you. Appreciation, support in your work, guidance on expectations, a good attitude, no micro-managing, and prompt payments. What I need from you is dedication, a desire to grow something alongside of me bigger than the two of us to help entrepreneurs everywhere excel. I am marketing on the internet my coaching/consulting, and speaking services so I need someone who is awesome at MailChimp (CRM) although it's early on so not opposed to switching if more comfortable elsewhere, strong writing skills, great on the phone (read enthusiastic and respectful), organized, proactive. I'm busy, really busy so the ideal candidate is strong in project management. Things I do that I need help with: Summits (coordinating experts, handling the technology), keynote speaking (send out marketing materials via email and if you are comfortable on phone that would be fantastic), coach individuals (keep calendar for that), events (again with the project management), webinars, You Tube videos. Stuff like that. If you are technically saavy on the various base needs for marketing online, and have a great attitude with at least 10 hours a week available then let's talk. It's go time! P.S.
