I am currently looking for a virtual assistant who will be able to help with a variety of different tasks. These tasks will involve managing and completing duties assigned to them for an upcoming business while also conducting research on various subjects and compiling email templates for certain matters. This is a ongoing role where the person who will be hired will be on a initial probation period of one month. After that, the person will have work every month and will be paid on a monthly basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who would like to have a role as virtual assistant and grow with me and my company. The pay will increase as time goes on. At first, the pay will be lower, but as time goes on, it will grow with the business. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience with digital marketing and social media, experience with Shopify and also experiencing copywriting writing product descriptions. Someone who can write a blog post on certain topics advertises a website efficiently and someone who can provide excellent customer service. I also need someone who would be very organised and can work towards deadlines efficiently. They need to be able to multitask as I may give a few tasks at a time. Good English is essential for this role as quite a bit of it will involve writing. The person doesn’t necessarily need all the experience, but they need to show a desire to learn. In showing the willingness to learn and in showing a good work ethic, they will be hired. I need weekly admin support on a google spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is built. The spreadsheet gets weekly inputs from the field manager. I will send you a link and sign in to a google account. The account has picture files in it. The files are organized by day and area. You will have to open the files, view the images, and document some images on a google spreadsheet. (there are only two types of images. One type gets documented and one type doesn't) Most images do not get documented. You will have to ensure that each spreadsheet is properly labeled. THis is a super simple but time consuming task. I am about one month behind so we have plenty of catch up work. Then it's a weekly job. You would have to tally the details sheet columns. Transfer the totals to the billing sheet. Total the month based on the weekly sheets. Keep a running total of work completed/ billed against the issued purchase order amount and notify me as the PO runs out. At the beginning of each month you would have to copy the sheet and update the dates, week ending dates and purchase order numbers for the new month. I will share actual samples of the work as well as September's spreadsheet template. I will support you with as much training as you need via email, phone, or skype chat.
