You will be required to research building material prices and assist in the development of selection option packages, and help input that information into our CRM software, Co-construct ( You do not need to be familiar with this software - but you should be comfortable using CRM / PM softwares like HubSpot, Aha!, and JIRA. You also be asked to help maintain project schedules in Google Calendar. Client communication content will be handled by us internally, but if you could proofread our efforts and provide suggestions for improvements, that would be a nice bonus. We are a small startup looking to expand our support team by hiring motivated customer service representatives who will act as project managers for our clients. We are a company with offices in China, Philippines and America. We help our clients get products manufactured in China and shipped to their destination. The majority of our clients are Amazon/eBay sellers, all of whom are running their own online store. They work with us where we act as the team that identifies factories in China, and manages the entire production and logistical chain.
