2 – 4 years as customer service representative
Must be able to use Microsoft Office effectively
Must have excellent verbal and writing skills (No Accent)
Must be a problem solver and handle challenges creatively
Self-motivated professional that can work independently
Ability to manage email, inbound-outbound calls, virtual chat, dealing with customer and vendors all the time online.
