What I need is an army of Virtual Assistants to work on many projects that I have and currently working on. I've spent many thousands of dollars on V.A.'s that I had to teach and re-teach the same things over and over. It was frustrating to say the least. In the meantime, I have many lists of potential investors and systems in place that need to be re-visited. Between myself and several partners, we own software that is designed to make the process of making money in real estate easy. The problem are the commitments and lack of time. I have many social media accounts that can be utilized for marketing purposes, and many other things. My absolute favorite is LinkedIn. I have 3 accounts that are established and have credibility. However, you will need to commit some time to these projects before we get results. The right people can earn money almost immediately as the opportunities are endless. Depending on your knowledge of real estate and your dedication or even just the ability to grasp key concepts will all be determining factors. What I refuse to do is spend more thousands of dollars in training people that are only looking at the short term pay that don't understand future goals. These positions will be given to those that read and write English well, have an understanding of how to do business, understand basic customer service skills and some that have no problem in speaking on the phone that are easily understood.
