Hi! Im looking for someone with a great personality to manage fulfillment of orders and emails regarding them. To start out we will work 1hr a day and then as time goes on you will have more hours. All you have to do on the job is fulfill orders on our shopify store, and keep in touch with our suppliers through our company email. Summary ====== Our small team is looking for a technically savvy admin assistant who can help with email newsletters, posting wordpress blog updates, uploading files to a couple websites and daily email support. The email support would be first level support for an online training company. I will also have other VA research tasks from time to time as well. The newsletter is the only thing that has a schedule of when it needs to be sent out, and that's weekly. Hello! I'm looking to hire someone for an ongoing weekly task. The task would be going into for the Front Range of Colorado market (Adams County, Boulder County, Broomfield County, Jefferson County, Larimer County, and Weld County) and mining out all of the for sale by owner data and make me move data into an excel file. There's currently 600 homes that meet this criteria. So getting the initial list set up with address, names, and phone numbers would be crucial. From there it'll be a weekly maintenance of the list, as new homes come on and go off all the time. I'm willing to pay more for the upfront list, and then a smaller amount for the weekly maintenance of the list. Feel free to bid for the job. The cheapest won't always win.
