I'm looking for someone who can help me with my online business as I'm expanding and it's getting a lot to handle. I would describe this as an Editorial Assistant type of position.
This would initially be a part time freelance position but with potential for a long-term regular position with time. As my business is expanding, I'll have more and more work and we can make this a firm position if this collaboration is a good fit.
Tasks would include things like formatting articles, managing social media, creating/sourcing images, creating inspirational quote images based in previous articles, possibly some email based customer support.
I would like to work with someone who's got experience in doing this kind of work and can provide references from previous employment of this sort (can be a former freelance position).
I have an increasingly busy business which is set to be expanding over the next few years and I'd love to have a solid, dependable team member I can count on to keep the wheels running and help me focus my efforts on what I do best.
Ideally, you know from previous experience how to effectivize the editorial side of an online business, and can assist in the direction of development as well.
English fluency is essential, so I'd prefer it if you are a native English speaker or similar.
Initially we'll do a set period of 2-4 weeks with a certain amount of hours per week to assess the amount of work and how the collaboration proceeds, then we'll set a fixed period for up to 6 months and take it from there.
