I need someone to help out with some general administrative tasks. There is one task that needs immediate attention. My goal is to find one freelancers to be our go-to person for all future admin tasks. Requirements: 1. You must speak English well enough to communicate by voice, some tasks will require talking with employees. 2. You must be available to work during our business hours (8 AM - 5 PM US Central time). Not all tasks will need to be completed during this time frame, but some will. The current task: I need help researching our cell phone bill. We have about 90 cell phones. You will need to call each phone and find out which employee is using the phone, or determine that the number is no longer in use. This task must be completed during our normal business hours, I don't want our employees being disturbed after business hours. Hello, I have a set of around 1200 banners (gif and jpg) in one folder which need categorizing by size and by theme. I will provide you a list of basic 8-10 themes and 1-3 subthemes for each theme. You will have to add more themes if you find some that do not fit anything. There are also a few basic sizes (e.g. 300x250, 728x90). You will have to create a folder structure which first uses theme, then subtheme and then size of the banner as folder names. So for example you have two banners: one of them is a payday loan banner with dimensions 300x250, you put it into folder structure: loans/payday_loans/300x250/originalbannername.gif another one is a smartwatch banner with dimensions 728x90. Among the categories which I sent, there is "electronic" but there is not "smartwatch" so you create a subtheme/subfolder called smartwatch. Then you put it into folder structure: electronics/smartwatch/728x90/originalbannername.gif You do this for all banners and then send them all back in a zip file. :) You can bid hourly rate (with tracker) or a fixed rate per the entire project.
