i am looking for a virtual assistant that can help me to contact suppliers for our e-commerce and that can help me with small task like track inventory, keept track invoices etc.
Basic Excel knowledge is a requirement. You don't need to know how to do complex formulas but you have to be comfortable working with small and large excel files.
You will be expected to be:
1: Willing to use your initiative. Go beyond Google searches, use insight and eventually (although this won't be expected overnight) start to pre-empt tasks.
2: Available during the working week. Timezones aren't important.
3: Exceptional time-manager and deadline oriented. And if tasks set aren't possible within the deadlines, willing to speak up and tell me this before it's too late.
4: Attention to detail. If you apply for the job, please copy/past this into the first line of your response: "I am a superstar". If you do not, I will assume you haven't read the job description.
5: A positive person. Startups are hard, optimism is contagious.
Bonus: if you have any experience on selling online on the major marketplace or you have some skill on wordpress,thats well seen.
Payment per month $400 for 6 full days per week(8h per day)
i will try the best 3 candidates(for 1 week) that apply for this job and then i will decide which one is the best for our company.
If you overdeliver on your tasks, be sure i will overdeliver as well ;)
