Our business is hiring a virtual assistant for 5-10 hours (to start). We would need tasks completed in a timely manner, within 24 hours is ideal. Must be able to text and email. I will be a busy new mom and texting will be easier to deliver tasks and answer questions the VA may have. Types of tasks: 1) Emails (PERFECT ENGLISH) 2) Helping in special projects that would involve training 3) Using skype to ask for files/designs to be made from our graphic designer. 4) Sending pricing info to our customers and custom quotes and making it look professional 5) Sending images via email 6) Making spreadsheets 7) Using freshbooks to send invoices 8) Putting together information for our customers who are interested in ordering for us 9) Follow ups 10) Using shopify which is an ecommerce store (we can train you) other tasks will come up from time to time.
