I'm looking for a professional who can edit and format documents, enter data into QuickBooks, invoice clients, and participate in some client-facing activities, like scheduling meetings. My one-person aerospace consulting firm has only been up and running for about a year, and now I'm finally getting enough business to outsource my fine tuning activities. Basically now I need a partner who has superb written and lingual skills and excellent attention to detail to help me maintain a professional image and grow the firm.
This is my first time trying something like this, so I'm not entirely sure how many hours per week I'd expect you to work. It will probably vary depending on the day. So the ideal candidate will have flexibility throughout each day of the week.
