I am in the beginning phases of hiring a virtual assistant as my business continues to grow. We are a small brand consultancy where we service a range of clients and my role as Founder and Chief Executive is to focus heavily on business development.
To begin, I will need someone who can help get my inbox under control and then facilitate management of it from that point.
Our office has a virtual receptionist through our phone service provider (Vonage) which I would like to put in place; however, I would also like for my new VA to answer my phone when I am not present (what solutions do you have for this?)
I would expect to be able to call in after meetings to discuss any appointments clients contacts, etc that must be addressed. From there your ability to compose emails, schedule appointments, etc would be needed.
Keeping up with my everyday tasks includes me using Evernote, Slack, Wrike, and Harvest and I would like to know if you have experience with any of these software suites.
Other administrative tasks such as research, placing orders for supplies on Amazon, transcription may be needed.
It is my thoughts that this job will require 2-5 hours per week once everything is setup and running.
