I need someone to help take a number of tasks off my plate. As my business has grown, I find myself still trying to do it all and I just don't have enough hours in the day. There are so many tasks I'm still doing that a VA could easily do. It's counterproductive for me to still be doing the smaller tasks when I need time to be focusing on growing.
My dream is to have someone who thinks critically and manages themselves. If you can think through problems and think ahead on tasks that would be amazing. The ideal candidate is an over communicator (I don't like wondering about the status of projects or tasks--it weighs on my mind) and very professional in their communication. You think in terms of systems and making work easier. If you have a system or program/platform you use to keep communications and tasks organized with your clients that would be a huge bonus for me so I don't have to think through that and create that system.
Bonus points if you have experience working with Mailchimp, Aweber, Wufoo, Acuity, Wordpress, Asana. If you have a light understanding of and comfort with html that would be great.
This is my first VA hire so I'm not sure how many hours it would be to start out. Maybe 5/week to start and then depending on my comfort level, I can see delegating more and more. In a perfect world I find someone who is a perfect fit with my working style and organization and becomes my right hand man or woman.
