I'm a sales executive and am hiring a sales assistant. I will be hiring you for a "test phase" for 2 weeks to 1 month, for around 10-20 hour per week, and providing you with certain tasks to accomplish. If after the test phase I think you are the correct fit for the job, the job will be longer term.
You ideally will fit the following criteria:
-Have experience as a sales assistant,executive assistant, or Sales Development Rep
-Able to follow detailed instructions and learn quickly
-Highly proficient or fluid in the English language
-Are easily trainable( the first week will be training via screenshare and Google Hangouts)
Examples of tasks I will have you handling: ( experience with the tasks is a plus)
-Following up with contacts I've spoke with in the past. This job will entail a lot of following up
-Sales Research/ list building: I'm going to give you lists of companies or people I'm trying to find contact information for, and you're going to find their contact information. The ideal candidate will have done list building in the past and have access to research tools.
-Creating proposals( it's easy. You just use a pre-set template).
-Data Entry: Manage and organize stuff in my inbox and Google Docs
-Sales Prospecting: You will find contact information for lists I provide. You will then do the initial outreach to those prospects through email( I will provide templates). You will then follow-up with those contacts. The goal is to set up a phone call with me.
-Help me organize things
-Schedule and remind me to do things
-Helping me become more efficient
