Need to cold call all 1000 of my previous customer lists and start warming them up them to set appointments for demo of products or asking for services and creating a updated hot list of new leads each day that you convert to, new appointment each day and new commercial and residential customers each day for my products and services at first in my local area at the same time cold calling and becoming proficient enough to sell my products yourself over the phone/email in other areas and finding someone that I can duplicate myself in other regions to open another office/store. You must create and maintain a online database of new leads in a cloud you generate by first cold calling my list and then I will provide some leads and you create your own leads in my local area. that you can add to. Must be able to set up appointments that I may need to go to in my local area as well as hard or soft sell on the phone or online just outside my area. This is high tech environmental product line that can be sold nationally ranges from $100-3000 and environmental testing and remediation services in person in Maine and NH. I need someone who REALLY have experience and TIME availability with the following: 1) Answering all the emails I receive from my customers (complains, questions etc.). This has to be done in the same day an email is received. In the middle term I want to create a chat service where my visitors and customers can reach us through this and I need my VA handle this as well. 2) Placing orders at Aliexpress. I´m receiving around 65 orders per day and I need someone who can fulfill and place this amount of orders without forgetting the previous task. 3) Uploading new products to my store. I´ll keep doing the research and I want to send the links of the products I want to sell and the VA should be able to get the images, edit the size at, enter the description, etc. I´m uploading around 5-7 new products per week.
