I am a real estate investor looking to automate my business. Initially I will need someone who can - on a daily basis - mine data for me, extracting information from multiple web sites and inputting it into my CRM. As time goes on, however, and we see how the two of us work together, we will tweak and fine-tune this process and more chores will be given to you. I need someone who... -Is willing to take on long-term employment. I'm looking for someone I can build a working relationship with over months, continually growing and fine-tuning the processes we use. Ideally, I should be paying you enough to make this your only necessary source of income. -Understands deadlines, and the time-sensitive nature or what I need done.
