** THIS IS A REMOTELY BASED JOB **
We are looking for a person who will assist our Head of Customer Support in all administrative tasks.
All applicants that are considered suitable will be given an opportunity for an interview.
The position is available for approximately 30 hours a week, with a possible extension for more. You should be available for extended hours if needed. You must be available between 4pm and around Midnight UTC.
- Assist in any kind of task which include but is not limited to data entry for reshipment requests, matching payments, refund procedure as requested, answering emails
- Assisting in team management of the customer service team (currently around 25 staff members)
- Assist in the recruiting of new staff members
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar, German would be a huge plus
- A worker who does their job efficiently and independently
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in managing a team is a plus
