You will be the buffer between me and tons of calls and emails that come for tenant rentals. I am also apart of the network call Fortune Builders where they have taught me how to create income through real estate in rehabbing, wholesaling, pre-habbing, Private lending, buy & hold for rental income, researching, following up with contacts, calendar organizing, setting up appts. set up marketing campaigns, searching for deals on craigslist, putting up ads, searching through MLS and similar sites for deals, using the program RealeFlow, social media, blogs, reaching out to real estate networks and other aspects of the business we will be creating multiple systems for. I need someone who is willing to learn new things, quick thinkers, and can adapt face. is looking for long term work in a company that is destine to grow rapidly due to my mentors who will insure I am as successful as I desire. I currently have 3 houses which are 2 - 3 family homes that I rent out. Almost every month I have to rent to a new tenant, which takes screening through people monthly. My new company through my education from Fortune Builders is still fairly new, but have already put me on course to create a new company with this business and build my business very professionally.
