-We have VMWare environment where the VDI's are running in a non-persistent state. These are NOT persistent desktops. -We have one file server and one AD server with KMS installed on it. -The AD Server/Domain is already setup and fully operational. -Microsoft 2016 (from the Office 365 install) is installed on the gold image. -When a user's desktop starts, they are logged into the domain and then need to login and activate their Office 365 account. This is the trick. Apparently, VMWare and Microsoft say that ADFS needs to be installed and synchronized with the office 365 servers due to the fact that the images are non-persistent. -As part of the setup, Microsoft Outlook runs on the user's machine and connects to the Office 365 exchange service. This also needs to be setup and I've been told that a .ost file will need to be created to allow for caching between exchange and the user's local outlook installation. -I was also told that running exchange in online mode is not an option. -We have VMWare persona management running as well, so the .ost file may be able to live in the user's profile directory. Not sure though... The goal of this project is to get "Office365 Business Premium" running in the environment I just described. You will need to configure a total of 3 Office 365 users and their mailboxes in Office 365. No email box migration is necessary. These are empty mailboxes. This job is complicated and we can only work with someone who has done this successfully before. This is NOT a learning opportunity. As part of getting the work you'll be interviewed in much more detail than is presented here to ensure that you have done this before, hopefully more than one time. For the most part, we know what has to be done as you can probably tell from this posting, so we have a pretty good feel for how long it should take. This is a critical project for us and it's a pressure task. It has to get done ASAP and must be right on the first try. If you have had 100% success in doing this before (multiple times preferably), and are 100% confident you can do it again, then please apply. We look forward to speaking with you! thank you

I am working on automating the deployment of VMware Horizon View 7 with PowerCLI. I am able to script everything with the exception of the following two items: 1. When configuring Connection Server Settings there doesn't seem to be a cmdlet to change the Blast External URL (see attached screenshot). 2. When adding a desktop pool there doesn't seem to be a cmdlet to enable View Storage Accelerator (see attached screenshot).

I have a dell poweredge 710 with 144 GB RAM, 2x6 core processors. It's been configured to run ESXI 6.0, and set up with a Dell 6224 Switch. Things like adding in a new network adapter device, configuring IPs for VM's on the server, make sure things are correctly set up. Setting up RDP / Port-Forwarding for remote access to specific VM's etc.

I have a single project. I have a bare metal esxi server. I started with 1 public subnet /29 and have now been given a new /28 subnet. We have 1 PNic and we are unable to get the second subnet up and working. It seems to be something with how we have set everything up but have been stuck on this for a few days now.
