Looking for a Support Engineer to join our Service Desk team. You should be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and offer solutions to ensure outstanding customer service is maintained at a high standard.
Key Technical Skills:
•2 years experience with network monitoring, desktop deployment, ticketing systems
•Technical skills in Microsoft - Server, Windows, Exchange
•Demonstrated understanding of LAN and WAN infrastructures
•Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
•High proficiency with system administration
•Relevant technical certifications will be looked upon favourably
