We need elastix to be installed on our server
It should be installed in virtual server ( vmware )
Should work as local pbx (intercom office)
IVR should be very flexible
All calls has to be recorded automatically
It should have agent panel, supervisor panel, admin panel, manager panel which means we should limit the module access on roles
e.g (agent will have only access to attend calls and input in CRM, Supervisor will have access to live calls report, access to recorded calls, News input for agents so it pops up in agent dashboard etc)
Call center features like transfer, coach, conference (coaching means where supervisor speaks to agent on live call and customer will not hear it)
the software should work well with vtiger CRM (I was happy with vtiger just because it got SMS and email feature you can suggest anything as well)
what other things we would need other than server and software?
People ready having working demo will be entertained.
The candidate should suggest the right hardware needed for the virtual environment on the application.
