We have an immediate voice quality problem with our Asterisk PHP cloud-based software. Our current problem is as follows: Based in Tokyo Japan. We connect to KDDI via our voip service through our data center. 1) We have been running our software for several years and generally the voice quality is acceptable although not perfect. 2) However we recently made two (2) installations and those same (2) installations have proven to be a disaster. The both have the same exact problem. 1) During at approximately the same time of day, various customers talking to customer sales agents cannot hear the agent. The result is the customer hangs up. 2) We have had various incidents every single day and cannot understand the reason. 3) No packet losses are being seen here. 4) Recently tested a codec called OPUS which helped a little but still causes repeated problems which are slightly different but in less frequency meaning the root problem is still there. 5) With OPUS we now have agent or customer or both not being able to hear each other. Again with less frequency but it is still a major issue. We need a high level problem solver and expert to help us identify the root cause and solve this issue quickly. Hi! I need Goautodial configured and integrated with Elastix/freepbx per this tutorial: http://viciwiki.com/index.php/Dial_Through_FreePBX_with_Vicidial The Goautodial/Vicidial machines must be able to use the Elastix/freepbx machine to dial in and out and somehow rotate the outbound trunks, as the single carrier (Sangoma) is complaining about abuse. I do have multiple carriers set up on the freebox box, but the Goautodial is only using the Sangoma trunks. Thanks!

We are looking for an Asterisk / CodeIgniter / MySQL Developer that can help us to analyze, improve and add features to our current VoIP software solution. We are using Asterisk connected to our own software program developed using CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL. The main tasks that we are looking to do are: 1 - Analyze and optimize the MySQL Data Base. 2 - Review the IgniterCode programming code and make improvements. 3 - Improve the IgniterCode programming code to make sure that it works as efficiently as possible with Asterisk. 4 - Update Asterisk to latest version (we are currently at version 1.8.15) and validate that everything with our software is working as should We also need the candidate to be able to immediately develop the following: 1 - Include the CDR in the clients Monthly Invoice. The data for both is being generated currently in our system, but the CDR info is not included in the invoice as it only displays the total sales amount of the calls. 2 - We need to add the 911 local charges as a row in the invoice and add it to the total.
