Hello! I want to hire a freelancer for a completely unique prank calling app that hopefully could be the next big thing! This freelancer needs to have great knowledge and skills when it comes to building apps for iPhone or Android. Or both, which obviously would be the best but that's not a criteria. This app developer also needs to have great knowledge and skills in VOIP administration. The VOIP part is really crucial in order to make the prank calls possible since you will be calling others from within the app. So if if this is not an area that you have great knowledge about then you will unfortunately not going to be my developer for this project. Experience with in-app purchases will also be highly valued when choosing the developer for this app since in-app purchases will be made to be able to make the prank calls from within this app. I would like to build a long term relationship with this freelancer since this app will need updates, mainly with launching new prank calls and other updates every once in a while after its first launch. Basically, I need someone who will be available for the continued work of the app after its first launch and not just somebody that creates the app, launches it and then goes unavailable for a couple of months. That will unfortunately not work for this project. A longer, more complex description of what this project includes will obviously be shared in a later stage since I don't want to give away too much details to just anybody. Recordings of the prank calls are set to start in late May/early June, scripts are already made and and multiple voice actors have already agreed. The budget for the application developing is maximum 8 $/hour and the lower your charge is, the higher the chances are that you'll be chosen. Looking for a high-volume auto dialer that is capable of dialing over 1,000,000 phone numbers per day. When people press 1 to confirm their interest, the system will need to Dial a partner's phone # (DID) and blind transfer right away with the caller ID (blindxfer, unless other method is recommended). Speed is critical and the system will likely need to be a pure-Asterisk system with no extra fluff, and a custom dial plan. System needs to be able to handle 300-500+ outbound channels at once with large rate of playback (and hopefully outbound transfers as users press 1 to confirm). Ideally we want to dial out 1-5mil numbers per day and transfer/connect 1-10k press-1's to agents, reliably at-will. I have a system that Asterisk is crashing on ever couple of days, after having previously worked very reliably. The system is Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with Incredible PBX 12.0.70, running asterisk.
