My Client have 5 Locations ( offices and homes ) All locations DON'T have a static or public or dynamic IP (all location only have 172 . 22 . xx . xx ) All location have internet , offices have Professional firewalls , homes have simple wifi routers In his main office he has 5 Grandstream (GS) phones and one GS UCM-6100 IP PBX machine. I think the solution would be to setup a very tiny and inexpensive online hosted VPN server to make all locations able to connect to this Online VPN to start to see the UCM-6100 as if it were on the same lan , and Phones over 3G connections must be able to connect also. 2 Home have a simple wifi routers that may not have the VPN feature , what to do ? Don't tell me about yourself , Only tell me how you plan to do it, topology and feasibility ? I suggest : 2 hours , 100$

First off, let me say that I can't believe that this doesn't already exist. We use Twilio and freePBX to manage our phone system, and need the ability to send and receive SMS messages via a mobile app. The app needs to be just a simple SMS app, thats all that it needs to be able to do. ios is what we need at this time, but if phonegap or similar is easier, so be it. -send/receive messages -push notifications and badge notifications for new messages -ability to search messages -threaded conversations Again, i'm shocked that this doesnt exist, if you have a solution already, that's even better. Please bid fairly. Questions?

I need a ShoreTel expert who can help me configure my FlowRoute SIP Trunk to my ShoreGear SG50 switch. Currently we have Site A with a PRI Trunk with California Phone Numbers and it's own SHG Switch. We have site B with no trunks of any kind, and it's own SG Switch. Site B has a DID hosted with FlowRoute. This DID is configured on FlowRoute to forward to to DID at SITE A, and then returns to Site B over the VPN via an AutoAttendant Rule. This is a bad setup as when Internet to Site A is down or VPN between SiteA-B is down, we lose phone service. Instead, I would like FlowRouter Trunk to be directly configured at SiteB ShoreGear switch.
