I need someone to access my network so that i can ensure that my VOIP system is completely is as efficient as it can be.
Right now i have FREEPBX with about 20 phones hooked to it. The PBX server is hosted on a KVM server.
I have a router with Tomato build that has a 3MB ethernet over copper line.
I need someone to configure and test the network to ensure that i have the QOS setup correctly and as effective as possible. I still seem to have some quality issues and i dont know if it is set up correctly.
The right candidate will be very familiar with VOIP and Asterisk and be able to test if the phone packets are getting priority over the data.
I have tried tweaking it but i do not know how to adequately test the results. I need you to prove to me that it is set up correctly and we may be able to test together with visual confirmation that the VOIP traffic is getting priority. I was told that with my traffic and setup, 3MB should be plenty.
I also have a separate 12MB DSL line that i try to isolate for data only but i would like to get your help on how to set up so that i can split the two reliably so data is only used on one side and voice on the other. I have the option of getting a 6MB EOC line and removeing the DSL and run voice and data on the 6MB line, but need to ensure that the VOIP is set up the best it can be.
