The main goal is to provide support to clients via emails and phone, format documents and data enter.
You MUST be available to work Mon to Fri during business hours (Australian Time).
You must address how you meet the following criteria to be eligible for a phone interview:
1. You must have experience in using VoIP calls from PC. You will be required to use your PC for answering calls.
2. Strong speaking and writing skills required.
3. Excellent skills in basic office software - such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Experience in resolving customer complaints
5. Able to prioritise work tasks effectively for a work day
6. Create business documents, such as letters, marketing emails, brochures etc.
7. Be proactive in performing duties and in dealing with clients
