Hello, we are looking for some Cisco Voice experts who can provide ad hoc Cisco VoIP Support: troubleshooting, using support software, installing updates and version upgrades, adding new users and handsets.
- Need to be a CCNP or CCIE in Voice
- Familiarity with deploying and managing Call Managed, Call Manager, Unity, or BE6Ks will make you a good candidate for this role.
- Will connect you to a local machine via Team Viewer or similar so you can connect into the devices.
