Currently we have an existing Vici Dialer system in house for our call center, and we are currently looking for a contractor which can assist us with a few tasks.
1. Assist in finding issues with calls, transfers, and channel issues. Help report on the issues and suggest / implement improvement
2. Support us implementing soft phones on mobile devices
3. Review the current infrastructure and suggested improvements and ideas
4. Possible assist in the API.
General tasks around Asterisk and Vici Dialer.
This job will be on going for the right candidate.
