I am self employed Locally in Malta (Europe)
I have been running my business in the Hospitality Sector for 5 Years Since 2010. We have grown steadily and until now we always used Google Sheets to Save Our Clients Data, Bookings, Manually Update Google Calendars, etc.
We are in the stage of consolidating all our efforts to automate our system.
We would like to get guidance at this stage. Not Designing of the System.
We aim to Grow, We own multiple properties and Manual System is becoming to Slow to update and to get data filtered back, reporting etc.
We need guidance. What Products exist for Our Needs, Maybe CRM, with some Customization for our requirements.
Maybe other off the shelf products.
Maybe a custom Built System.
System Should be able to Perform below Tasks.
We Input Booking Data,
-Calendar to be Created from Data Inputted (Automatically)
-System Should be Able to send Emails / SMS to Clients & Cleaners
-Data inputted should be able to Link to Financial System. We Currently use Zoho Books. we can work with anything else.
We Were thinking of using Zoho Creator but We'r not conviced of this system.
We require highly experienced people in the subject to guide us correctly.
