Tasks: Your job is simple – to help our company produce as much content as possible. You will do this by repurposing our existing content into additional types of content, managing a team of writers and editors, and also occasionally producing original content. Our primary forms of content are written; however, we also produce a successful podcast (we have over 125+ shows) and are also now producing other forms of media, such as video. Our marketing strategy is “pull-based” and “content-based,” meaning we pull in potential clients through useful and engaging content. Most of your projects will involve sharing and repurposing content that we already produce. This includes coordinating the production and repurposing (into different formats, such as audio, video, articles, blogs, e-books, etc.) of the many types of content we already have on our website. You should be able to manage other contractors, such as editors, writers, etc. If you are suitably qualified, you will be given full strategic oversight of many of these projects. Alternatively, we will also consider a less qualified individual with a minimum of two years of experience who is looking for a long-term career in content development.
Team: You will be working directly with our company owner and virtual team. Strategic vision will be provided by our company’s owner. Our virtual team can assist you with data entry and other basic tasks. Our virtual team manager is very familiar with many of these projects and will assist you in managing the details of many of these projects. You will also have assistance from a number of other contractors, such as writers, editors, graphic designers, web developers, etc.

Training: We offer paid learning opportunities. You will have access to Amazon Kindle e-books and Audible audiobooks and will be paid to read and learn on the job. Perfect English: Perfect written and spoken English language (this skill will be tested before hiring).
Skype Voice: Must have a microphone and high-speed Internet access and be comfortable doing a Skype voice chat on a regular basis (please do NOT apply if you do not have an excellent Internet connection for voice calls).
Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours with no conflicting obligations.
