As a small firm we are looking to augment out team with an expert in MS Office, primarily in word and Powerpoint however capability with the rest of the office suite including Visio and Project is an asset.
We need a number of things accomplished in the short term below are 3 of them:
1) Process a historical library of documents converting, sanitizing and formatting these into modern versions of Word. This requires expert knowledge of words capabilities with styles, themes to leverage and improve on our companies document template
2) Process a historical library of powerpoint presentations converting, sanitizing and formatting these into modern versions of PowerPoint. This requires expert knowledge of Powerpoint capabilities with styles, themes to leverage and improve on our companies presentation template
3) Creation of a Powerpoint slide library and process that we can leverage using Box, or Onedrive. This would include a procedure, webcast recording on how to leverage the infrastructure
We are seeking an ongoing relationship to help us with continued updated and processing of deliverables ensuring conformance to our templates, appropriate use of layout and formatting.
