As a Marketing Agency, we manage a number of websites. We are keen to give our clients reports that are informative, easy to read and which focus on KPIs that are important to their business.
We need help to set up dashboards, (or a way to present data well in PowerPoint reports) then moving forward to monthly reporting.
Rather than giving your clients 'technical' terms such as Bounce Rates, we want the KPIs in our reports to focus on business drivers such as:
- Average customer value
- Number of repeat visits
- Behaviour during those visits
- Completed goals
- Time spent watching videos and other content
- Number of newsletter sign-ups
- Number of newsletter cancels
- Customer satisfaction metrics such as social shares
