This job requires an individual with a deep understanding of UX, user flow, optimization, conversion. This is for a product site so you have to have a lot of experience optimizing user path, conversion, etc.
In depth understanding of Google Analytics is critical. The ideal candidate will know how to analyze acquisition channels, conversion, etc., compare to baselines, create custom GA dashboards and has deep understanding Google Search Console.
We need you to do both a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the site and provide the following:
Summary of KPIs: Visits, leads, qualified leads, opportunities, sales
Site metrics: Bounce, time on page, visits, channel metrics, etc.
User path breakdowns with flow charts
Landing page UX analysis
Lead conversion process flows
Recommendations for UX improvements
