We have 10,000+ buyers each month who spend an average of xx dollars. Further, some subscribe to a monthly-billing product. We'd like to visualize the number of cancellations, returns and chargebacks on each billing cycle. We also have a call center that call them and upsells them further products. Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Web Analytics is responsible for all analytics activities for multiple clients. In this capacity, this person will work directly with account manager / analysts to ensure proper configuration of client analytics profiles and that proper tracking code is correctly set across the sites. Must be able to troubleshoot analytics implementation issues; analyse analytics data for client websites and be able to work with account managers to analyse data from various sources to provide meaningful insight. The person should also have very strong working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Omniture and Analytics Canvas and a working knowledge of Tag Managers and SEO.
