This job is for a build out on a wordpress site and provide customer service. Must be able to install wordpress to a website, customize a themes options, install and configure plugins, create social media accounts, link those social media accounts to our software, configure the scheduled campaigns in our software to provide content to the site, and finally be able to add ad widgets to the page in a specific layout. Be able to setup new website domains. Be very familiar with Bootcamp we use this to have the customer be involved in the process of the build. Be able to setup new cpanels after receiving the web hosting credentials and logos. Skills that would be helpful, ability to edit logo’s and resize to fit needs; basic skills/understanding of HTML;
We will also be having you respond to zendesk tickets in a timely manner (Customer Service), be familiar with wordpress and be able to answer questions and login to wp admins to resolve quick issues. Knowledge in themes and plugins would be helpful as well. Be familiar with Website ad placement, content spinners and fanrobots. Be able to create macros, triggers, automations and/or auto replies based on FAQs. Zendesk is our main resource for support we need you to add new Q and As to the FAQ Page we have created. Bonus knowledge/experience in Rev Content, Google ad sense, Cpanels/FTP would be a plus. Our main form of communication is Skype. We will pay weekly $400 and then after the 60 day trail period we will reevaluate and will raise the pay accordingly.
