Hi all, I'm a content manager with an Economic Research Department at a leading financial services multinational based in Paris, France. We're looking to work with a bilingual (Fr-Eng) agile pro who will revamp the look and usability of our maps, infographics, ppt presentations and reports (format: both online and print). Budget, sadly, isn't epic. However, this is an opportunity to work long-term on interesting and challenging design projects. Can you turn economic intelligence and business insights into an engaging, valuable product for global audiences while following our brand guidelines? If yes, then please get in touch. Thanks! Can't wait to hear from you End result would be ideally: - Infographics as needed (within 48 hours of receiving text) - 2 template designs of global maps + updates Optional: - 1 template for short format report - 1 template for medium length report - 1 template for medium-long report - 1 template for ppt presentations

Acceptance criteria: A normal employee can open a template file, e.g. .dotx or a template file in gDocs and the formatting: typography, logo, brand and corporate information is "pre-installed" for the user, so they don't have to do any formatting, but can focus on creating content. The formatting should include fonts, tables, charts, background images, logos, different pages/ layout depending on the required presentation. This formatting should follow the brandbook as close as possible, but the brand book should also be revised and updated; as the brand book is meant for graphic professionals working in InDesign, and this blocks office workers from quickly creating the necessary content. The job: Modify our brand template so that office template documents can be created easily for text documents, spreadsheets and presentations (in MS Office, Google Docs, Apple Productivity Apps (iWorks). 3 deliveries broken into 3 sub deliveries: - Emails templates for (MS Outlook, Google Mail, Apple Mail) - 3 x document templates (report, letter, legal document) for (MS Office, Google Docs, Apple Productivity Apps (iWorks) - Presentations templates for (MS Office, Google Docs, Apple Productivity Apps (iWorks) - Spreadsheet templates (tables, graphs, charts) (MS Office, Google Docs, Apple Productivity Apps (iWorks). If you're able to only do this for Microsoft and Google, that is okay. Apple Productivity Apps is not a hard requirement.
