The Administrative Assistant must be able to properly manage multiple tasks such as receive and direct all work flow, assist management with all aspects of the business, input data, maintain e-files and type documents as requested by management.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Project Director.
Skills required are as follows:
*Recruiting Skills, Personnel Coordinator and Human Resource Specialist.
*Project Coordinator, Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, Web Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Executive Assistant.
* Language - English: Must know how to communicate,read and write 110%.
* Marketing and Advertising knowledge.
* Art & Design knowledge a plus.
* And yes be a Super Star person able to handle multiple projects and be dynamic to quickly adapt to unknown tasks.
