You have excellent verbal and written English. You are fluent with web systems such as Wordpress. You are a pro with social media, FB, TWT, etc. You are reliable and online everyday. You have the ability to manage other helpers, solve problems, and follow things through to the end. The current TOC was manually created several years ago, and the bolded HEADERS, numbers, and page numbers have been modified several times. The TOC is no longer accurate (wrong titles, page numbers, sections) and cannot be updated automatically.
