We require hosting management and small maintenance arrangement an exisiting website www.educationalav.co.uk .: 1. 2 hours a month of development time to mitigate bugs. These hours should be able to roll over. (Bugs can happen , as data tables start to fill up. Servers are not perfect and occasionally stuff happens within an operating system and they need rebooting. SSL will definitely need updating. Security patches come out regularly, and as new hacks are revealed, servers need to be changed so the risk is removed.) 2.
