I installed a Zen Cart responsive template. There seems to be a problem ONLY on iPads using Safari. On the website below you will notice when you hover, with an iPad, over the Category, NEW PRODUCTS, SPECIALS menu selection, the Menu will not respond. It does not happen on ALL iPads as a few I had people test on actually worked. Also, on one iPad I tested it didn’t work for a few minutes, then all of a sudden the menu under one fo the top menu selections, opened up.
I am not sure it the current menu designed responds VERY slow on iPad tables or if it does not open at all on certain iPads. If you think you can troubleshoot this issue and have ideas on what might be the problem, apply for this job. Also, provide a brief description of what needs to be done to fix it, WITHOUT affecting any other part of the website and menu navigation system..
Test first in a desktop so you know how the menu works, then test on your iPad tablet to try and duplicate the issue.
