We are looking for someone with customer support experience that can take the lead on our customer service efforts. We will train you on our process so that you are well prepared to handle customer inquiries when they come. But, by nature, you should already be very good at interacting with and supporting customers.
This position will start with email support only, but would expand to live chat and possibly phone support over time. Please do not apply unless you are completely fluent in English and have both great writing and speaking skills.
