Hello, We're currently experiencing some issues with our database being inefficient and possibly corrupting. I'm unsure if it's on the web hosts side or ours, but I know it needs to be sorted out. What I'm looking for is someone to analyze the database and then propose changes to make. I'm going to dump some information to help anyone who applies with some context. We're looking for a bookkeeper to help us with our monthly accounting. You'd have to be a Quickbooks Online expert (ideally a ProAdvisor), since it's the accounting software we're currently using. We don't use any apps in QBO because we've had bad experiences with those in the past, so we just have our bank accounts, credit cards and Paypal connected to it. Currently we're not tracking inventory in QBO, but it might be something we'd do in the future. Sales and refunds are tracked by merchant account deposits/charges and not through sales in QBO. So, for the moment, we don't register customers or create invoices in QBO. We need monthly adjustments (with journal entries) to account for merchant accounts' fees, refunds and sales. Currently, we have a mismatch between our shopping cart and QBO sales and refunds reports. This is an issue that we need to fix asap (and hence could be one of your first tasks), since we're using our shopping cart reports to build our profit numbers every month and we make decisions based on them. We need you to work on our books at least once a week. The more frequent the better. We need 2 sets of reports every month: cash and accrual basis. We're also accounting for 2 different companies within the same QBO account, so you'd have to classify expenses and income using 2 different classes. Also, we run profit numbers twice a month (mid and end of the month), using a simple Excel/Google spreadsheet to make projections and plan ahead. Perfect, fluent english is mandatory. You will be required to do frequent skype video calls with our team to discuss the numbers. You should be able to get with us during US or EU work hours for regular meetings. Hello I URGENTLY require assistance in preparing working drawings for a very simple house design in Victoria, Australia. I am currently using AutoCAD 2016. The person I am looking for is someone who is proficient with AutoCAD and can work FAST. For this current project I have no Autocad templates or pages set up as yet and will require someone to do this. However I do have a sample set of working drawings (pdf) of a similar house showing you the level of documentation I require for this project. Many of the details are the same and can just be copied from the sample set. I will guide you through this. Should this set of drawings be set up correctly in a timely manner there will be ongoing work. This initial set of working drawings will become the template for many more projects which will require minor amendments only.
