Formulate and execute product experiments to increase conversions and engagement.
Bring your ideas to life by writing HTML and CSS.
5-7 years of experience in UX/UI Design
Experience participating in product design work from initial concept to production-ready html/css.
Excellent communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions ).
A desire to dive into data to better understand how your designs affect revenue and engagement.
The ability to work in a self-motivated environment and define how an experience might launch lean but evolve into something richer.
A knack for quickly testing your designs with customers and stakeholders to improve them.
Nice to Have
Proven track record in setting design standards.
Experience running usability tests on your designs and/or doing research to discover customer needs.
Exposure working in agile, SCRUM, or other agile methods.
