I have a list of interview questions in Excel (and also started the first set in Word) and need to create a version that people can print or fill out then send back to me. A PDF with form fields is ideal, but Word can also be an option (PDF preferred). Need a clean, polished layout and I will supply the logo for the header of each page and page numbering inserted so if printed easy for someone to follow. Quick hire and quick turnaround -- can wrap it up so done and paid quickly. I just don't have the time to knock it out -- and more work in future if works out. Thanks.

We are planning a social awareness campaign where the way users show support is by placing a small image / banner on their Facebook profile picture. This functionality is the same as offered by Twibbon (e.g. http://twibbon.com/support/go-gold-project) BUT we don't want to use Twibbon but rather have users do this through our own website. Here is an example of another organization that built a similar app: http://www.celebratetheusa.org/. We need this app developed quickly, 1-3 days max. Let us know if you are interested!

Need a quick turnaround for experienced, polished, professional designer adept at one of the above presentation platforms for a "5 minute pitch". Will use photos, zoom, text animation (effects built into the presentation tool -- all 3 of the above cover it). I have a script written you do the design (or base it on a high quality template and I will supply the copy and photos for each panel. I am looking to start within the next 24-48 hours and have a version early next week then we'll use next week for editing as I get feedback. If you can create videos for some elements such as simple pans/animation -- that's a bonus, but not a requirement. I can always create if needed. Here are a couple decent examples (one Keynote, one Prezi) -- don't love them, but you'll get the gist -- the Prezi...
