I am a successful Integrative MD who wants to expand my reach of clientele and improve the exposure of Integrative Medicine in Canada.
I plan to run a social media campaign which will include a blog, podcast, Facebook, twitter, and an actively managed website. Therefore, this role will involve ongoing integration of all above, scheduling and helping find guests for the podcast, helping find information needed to research for the podcast and blog. I also function as medical director for two clinics in Vancouver, and would require some scheduling and basic admin support with those roles.
The key skills include:
I want you to be experienced and capable with online platforms which will help us organize our structure better. ie. online calendars, web-based project management tools, etc.
I expect a good working knowledge of wordpress, mail chimp, Facebook, twitter, and linkedin.
Grammar in communication with my clients must be strong.
Being timely and adhering to deadlines is a must.
I also want to see you bring ideas to the table to help build to our goal.
A successful engagement would be a good working relationship where there is open and free dialogue by phone or digitally.
I want both partners in this arrangement to share a common goal of success.
I want an assistant with a soft but confident personality.
