Manager, Data Analytics

We are now looking for a Manager, Marketing Data Analytics
What you’ll be doing:
Lead a team of data scientists to build models to address key growth challenges, such as predictive LTV, cross-channel spend allocation, response modeling, and marketing program attribution
Perform analysis and data mining of structured and unstructured data platforms to uncover customer insights.
Develop dashboards, tools and templates to monitor customer experience.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies that deliver incremental response gains from customer marketing programs
Work cross functionally with partners in planning & allocation, merchandising, CRM, and ecommerce on the development of analytical frameworks and model
What we need to see:
4 + years of previous analytics experience is required, preferably in customer engagement analytics.
Extensive SQL knowledge; ability to leverage large scale databases to derive data driven insights into consumer behavior
Extensive analytical toolset including an advanced understanding of statistics (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Sciences, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau a plus.
Self-motivated, independent, organized and proactive, highly responsive, flexible and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
