I have a pension brokerage, where we advice clients regarding pension insurance and savings.
We have corporate schemes, and private schemes.
I have Salesforce, and have for several years.
For corporate clients:
When we get a new client, we need to advice every employee.
I would like the employees to see a calendar, where they can book in meetings, doing so they should input user info (address, marital status, children etc) and upload documents.
I would also like the HR manager to be able to tell when they hire a new, that we need to advice, or when one stops working for them.
The HR needs to be able to access info, and tell if all employees have been adviced, and check other info, that is input on their employees in Salesforce by us.
See a calendar, where they can book in meetings, doing so they should input user info (address, marital status, children etc) and upload documents.
Optimally, I can adress calendar open slots to each company.
So when we acquire a new company, and have to give advice to the employees, I can setup calendar entries, only they can use.
So I could have several open calendars, each would only be visible to the specific companies employees.
This would also mean, that I can set up a specific calendar to an individual (being that he is the only one in "his" organisation/company).
