I've been using Xero for the past 3 years, but switched from a Sole Proprietorship to an LLC on Jan 1 2016. I've been using my existing Xero organization, but would like to start a brand new one for my LLC and re-reconcile all 2016 transactions. We're also doing payroll in Xero so will need to somehow migrate 2016 payroll to the new Xero instance. In total we have 4 accounts and probably 200 transactions that need to be re-reconciled. Once the initial setup is complete I would like someone to help with ongoing bookkeeping, including payroll, invoicing, taxes, etc. Monthly we only have around 75 transactions, 10-15 invoices, and payroll bi-monthly for 4 people. Ideally we will set you up to send and receive email from our AR address so you can correspond/followup on invoices on our behalf. My guess is we'll need 4-6 hours/month.

I need a designer who is always ready to go and can turn around designs 24 hours after receiving the request. Long term partnership, FIXED RATE (trying to get the hourly option fixed, not sure why it wont), as needed to begin. Please research Gear Bubble and do a google image search to see how their necklaces and other items look. These are images you make that they can digitally press on their necklaces. YOU ARE NOT MAKING JEWELRY, but designing an image they can press on it. Last time I posted this I got a lot of people that actually design jewelry, that's not what I was looking for =) Please research Gear Bubble. It only lets me attach one example for now but I'll give more upon interview. Need to be flexible on terms whether per design or weekly rate with reasonable volume. Will discuss more in interview.
