We are looking for someone to setup our instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. You will need to work with our billing software vendor, OneBill Software, to integrate the billing system to MS Dynamics. You will need to setup an integration to a lead generation company we have contracted with, 360connect.com, to populate leads. A question asked by the vendor, • Does MS Dynamic API accepts a standard name/value, application/x-www-form-urlencoded, HTTP POST for lead entry? Setup webforms that we can place on our website. Setup workflows, mainly a workflow specific to the 360Connect leads that will automatically assign the lead to a salesperson and send out an email to the lead and notify the salesperson of the new lead. Other workflows as needed. Customize templates for proposals/quotes, email templates, contract templates, etc. as needed. Email nurturing campaigns setup. Other customizations that come up. Some basic training as well.

Hello! We're creatives and developers who starting entertainment app (and side consulting) as of Jan 1. We've setup Banks, Credit Cards, and Neat Receipts and linked them to Quickbooks Online; however, we're not sure how to categorize things, and it's just not our field of expertise. • Company is a Nevada Corporation, with owners in Los Angeles. • We need someone who knows how to amortize software that is being continuously built upon and improved and thus the cost is constantly is growing. • Somethings need to be entered as owner's equity (as it's coming out from our pocket b/c business doesn't have the cash). • All entries need to have a receipt from Neat Receipts or a PDF or needs to be flagged to get a receipt. All entries need to be categorized correctly for end of the year report to CPA. • We setup payroll to pay owners, need to keep on eye on when taxes are due • Eventually we'll need to have a good system for expenses. We're looking for someone to go into the our account and clean things up. Either twice a month, or once a week so it doesn't get overwhelming.
