i am selling my practices. We are using a formula of 2.5 times EBITDA plus qualified add backs. I already have the EBITDA for 2013-2016 however i need to add the add backs. I need someone to finish the report quickly. So you must be able to work today, as soon as hired. I use Quickbooks online for both businesses.

We need a person with a strong background in creating MailChimp campaigns. We are currently building a database currently containing over 2400 contacts. We anticipate this database to grow quickly. Our first campaign will be rather complex. An introductory email will need to be sent out to each contact. Here is a very rough draft of flow of the MailChimp email: Step 1. Email received will alert user of award. It will contain a path containing multiple steps that will be required for them to register for award. There will be one button on the email. This button will take them directly to a page/pop-up which will self-populate their information block. This will need to be editable by user. They will be instructed to review the information that appears, and make corrections, as necessary. These corrections need to be linked to the original database. There will be a "verified" or "OK" button once they agree information is correct. Step 2. Once user clicks the "verified" button at the end of Step 1, they will be taken to a 30-second video. After watching the video, they will be asked to click a "continue" button. Step 3. The button following the video will launch a demographic survey, presented in an attractive grid format, for user to complete. Inputted information will need to be dumped into a spreadsheet for our analysis purposes. A button marked something like "Complete Registration" will be provided for them to click once they've populated their data. Step 4. This is the final screen/pop-up. This will inform the user when they will receive their award package from our organization. We are currently in the draft phase of this project, so we are open to suggestions on how to best make this flow. This 1st email will be critical to our project. Future emails will likely be less complex. Please apply only if you grasp what we are looking for. Do not hesitate to send me questions for clarification. Thank you, Kathryn

We’re a new US based startup with international contract developers. We're almost ready to release our new social media product, and promise an exciting environment and hopefully great future growth opportunities. We seek a mid-level developer who is familiar with developing web based applications that can manage a high volume of concurrent users.  We’re developing in Ruby on Rails, with Bootstrap and Javascript on the front end (as well as CSS3 and HTML5), and will be moving our front end (which is about to be redesigned) to an Angular.JS environment as appropriate, now the new 2.0 version has been released.  We have some AJAX code at present, but think the future belongs to Angular.JS rather than AJAX. On the back end we’re using Amazon’s new Aurora database (a MySQL compatible product), plus various other Amazon services to give us the high availability high throughput capacities we need.  If you mention the word monkey in your application, we'll know you have a good eye for detail. We have some Wordpress for a related blog and some semi-static pages, and a couple of Discourse forums too. Testing is done on Heroku servers. We coordinate our development through GitHub and Pivotal Tracker – the latter is easy to learn, hopefully you have some experience with the former. We use Slack to communicate. We use Rspec and Capybara testing. Code standards are enforced with Rubocop. In the future we’ll be adding mobile apps as well, but that is, as we said, in the future. You don’t need to be familiar with everything we list above, but you do need solid Ruby/Rails and SQL experience, and the more experience beyond that you can provide, the better. We communicate internally in English. You don't need to be totally fluent, but you do need to be able to participate in conversational English with your manager and your colleagues. The position is full-time, ie 40 or more hours a week. You can work reasonable hours for your time zone rather than needing to conform to US hours, but we would like you to adhere to an agreed work schedule that is both convenient for you and predictable for us.  The job is open-ended, after a first trial assignment, it could be extended substantially. Hourly rate, based in USD, is negotiable. We will pay low to start, but if you prove yourself to be fairly adding value to the team, you can expect regular reviews upward. We set very high standards for ourselves, our code, and our contractors.  If you’re ready for a challenge, and think you’re good enough, please get in touch.  Wow us with your application and resume, and we’ll get back to you quickly.

Does finishing things bring you great joy? Do you like to find ways to improve any and everything? Are you a systems thinker? Were you the kind of kid who would go back and triple check your standardized tests before turning them in? Does online business growth feel like a game to you? Do you like UX? The world needs people like you. As do I! I'm looking for someone – maybe you?! – to help me make client management and acquisition easy. I come from a digital marketing background (so you THINK I'd know better), but, the actual act of delivering on my vision (i.e. automating funnels, setting up revenue trackers, calendaring systems, e-lists, etc.) feels like dragging a five year old to the dentist. • Your task: Make the digital end of my life coaching business as f*cking glorious as possible. • Your purpose: Allow for seamless growth • Your impact: Everyone* gets to spend more time doing what they love <3 :) *Everyone = my clients (if onboarding is easy, they have more energy to allocate to creating change in their life), me (if I don't have to spend time managing clients/details, I have more time to coach + create), you (if you do an ace job and have fun doing it, I'll put you in touch with people who desperately need your services). My big vision is for us to fall so madly in love that I trust you with managing the entire scope of the project. Because you never know how these things will go (and because I have high standards and am OK letting someone go if it's not a good fit), we'll start small. I. Lead generation (upper funnel) II. Lead conversion (low funnel) III. Client onboarding (post-conversion) <<----- start here. IV. Client management (ongoing) <<------------- and here. V. Client retention (how do I keep clients engaged and attended to?) There are a lot of things to do! For now: let's take GREAT care of my existing clients. This probably looks like: Onboarding: - Integrate billing and calendaring softwares - Partner with me to create an onboarding email sequence that make the MailChimp gods cry tears of joy (legalese, what to expect, getting set up, etc.) - E-list setup: help. Client management: - How can I best: track my hours and revenue - How can I best: let them schedule/book time, submit + manage accountability worksheets (pre/post call), let them track their time commitment (optional) + progress Session management: - How can I integrate Zoom with my automation emails in a way that doesn't send clients (who should not be meeting each other) to the same digital space? .....there's a lot going on here! I'm happy to answer more on a quick call if any of this is unclear. Here's what's going on: I'm looking for someone who's intellectually curious, who's going to sink his/her teeth into this to really understand what the coaching process looks like now from alllll its angles, design one that's smooth and pretty, and implement it. I am the definition of a big picture ideas person looking for my second brain. You! The strategic, systemic, detail-loving powerhouse who is here to CREATE. If you have a portfolio or URLs/e-lists you could share for me to check out, please send them! This is a big, multi-pronged project that'll be fun for a puzzle-loving type to sink his/her teeth into. From my end: seeing what you've done before helps. You are the best. Can't wait to meetchya, partner in crime!! Cady ***BONUS POINTS: If you truly are a generalist / a multipotentialite / my saving grace, I'm also looking for someone to streamline all branded content. Right now there's an opportunity for me to go through my goal-setting worksheets, legalese, client agreements, etc. and streamline it all, but honestly, I'm completely overwhelmed. There's so much to think through, and it's less fun without a partner in crime. It'd be REALLY helpful if I had a consistent brand esthetic (*which, I don't). ***LONGER TERM: I'll be making adjustments to my website to optimize it for conversion. Not something we're touching now, but if you have experience/expertise in branding and/or site optimization, by all means!!!! Let me know. I'm assuming this will fragment into multiple jobs, but if there's a way to keep it "under the same roof", I'd be beside myself. Lata gatas!
