- PSD to HTML for emails (if necessary)
- Load 15 emails into SharpSpring w/ Links provided by our team
- Configure A/B tests for email subject lines
- Configure SharpSpring Account: Provide Tracking Pixel, load basic client info into account (client name, address, phone, etc.) Client info provided by our team.
- Create Campaigns /Workflows in SharpSpring.
- Create UTM Codes: add UTM codes into SharpSpring and provide UTM Codes to our team
- Setup 5 Lists and Sequences: setup triggers and workflows, etc.
- Load Homepage Pop-Up (via SumoMe app)
- Link SumoMe into SharpSpring (via Zapier)
- TEST and ensure all campaigns are firing correctly. Quality Control
- MORE TESTING and Quality Control.
- Optimize Funnel as needed (inform us if we need new emails, better landing pages, subject lines, sequences, etc.)
- Add new emails as needed
- Alert our team if anythign becomes an issue or if a new opportunity exists to create SALES for our clients!
3. Campaigns (As Needed)
- Compile 3 emails with images, headlines and copy provided by our team
- PSD to HTML for 3 emails (if necessary)
- Load 3 emails into SharpSpring w/ Links provided by our team
- Create 1 New Campaign and List in SharpSpring and UTM Codes: add UTM codes into SharpSpring and provide UTM Codes to our team
- Design Landing Pages (via Unbounce)
- Setup/Code Landing Page (via Unbounce)
- Integrate Landing pages to SharpSpring (via Zapier)
4. Media Buying
- Set up ads in Facebook / Google
- Launch ads
- Manage / optimize ads
