I have both "Artificial Reason" and "The Project" theme from Wrapbootstrap. I have them all in one folder, however, i need to pull from their demo pages to make my site. I would like to have the site run "locally on my machine" and make changes and then wholesale up to the FTP. I would like to run via Adobe Creative Cloud and use Dreamweaver CC to make all changes and additions. I need to be able to make changes in Dreamweaver CC. I would like to have their current template pages being used and make changes myself. I would like to set up test site on a dummy domain to work and use the theme. Short List of things done so far. 1. I have FTP set up with the Themes. 2. I have Dreamweaver set to interact with FTP files in GoDaddy. 3. I would like to work within these themes to make a site as fast as possible. 4. I have occasional code which needs to be fixed/enhanced. 5. Must have Ability to update theme when "plugins" are updated. For Example if there is a new bootstrap. 7. Google Developers Speed Test must be 80% above on Mobile, and 85% and above on Desktop. 8. There should be no major errors around "render-blocking javascript and CSS in above the fold content". IF you can't fix this, than don't apply. 9. Know the size of images and what images are going to work within sliders and parallax. You as the Freelancer. 1. I am in Los Angeles and understand you may be in another part of the planet, however, mornings in PST time is best. If you can't be available then, I can't use you. 2. Fridays, again see above. If you are going on Friday night when I am just getting up on my Friday, this isn't the job for you. 3. Have a working microphone or headset. Be able to work in a quiet place and be able to speak to me over Skype or service. It shouldn't take you 10 minutes to find a headset. 4. Work with and use Dropbox as place to organize files and such when needed. 5. Must Use Microsoft OneNote for Notes taking and follow up items. If you can't use ONE NOTE then recommend an alternative. 6. Come with ideas and suggestions. 7. Reread above very clearly. 8. Be fluent, I mean fluent in English. 9. Have fast internet to share screens to show one another stuff.

I am looking for a graphic designer(s) with some HTML/CSS knowledge that will be able to make different types of informational HTML banners for our signage company. The work involves working with images in Photoshop and making an attractive, full-screen banner using HTML/CSS. If you know how to do simple animations with CSS/Javascript its a big plus. If you can make these banners responsive (work on any screen size) that's also a big plus. I expect to get about 2-3 banners per day. I can give you the general theme I am looking for and you can make the banners based on that theme. In support of our Sales & Marketing efforts, we would like to create animated presentations/videos of our MS Powerpoint and MS Word collateral; these could include capabilities, solutions, case studies and demonstrations. We recognize that a 60-90 second video is going to be more effective in delivering our message and capturing an audience than static slide decks and documents. I have very basic knowledge of the more popular animation tools; Moovly and Powtoon and CrayTalk Animator are a few of the tools I have done some basic research on. We are not married to any one tool and would look to our animation consultant to recommend that best solution for our application. The ideal candidate would be able to: 1. Recommend the right tool based on our specific requirements (we have a basic list we can share). 2. Use our of collateral to to develop scripts/ideas. 3. Develop an animation that will clearly deliver our marketing message. Please check out our website at: xscion.com
