I hate Semrush. It always crawls my sites and their keywords. I want to block Semrush from crawling my site and ONLY Semrush. I followed Semrush's own guidelines for refusing its bot, but it doesn't work (its instructions: https://www.semrush.com/bot/). I've also changed my .htaccess file according to some resources I've found on the internet, but that didn't work either. And when I emailed Semrush to complain, they don't respond back.
So . . . I'd need someone who is an expert at knowing how to block bots from crawling sites. Again, I've implemented the robots.txt file standard .htaccess file, but I'd be open to anything as long as it doesn't block Google, Bing, and Yahoo and other search engines.
I'd pay you an initial $25, you give me the solution, and then we'll see if it blocks Semrush for a week or two. If it does, I'll give you another $25 for $50 total.
Also, please let me know how you plan to do this in your reply. You don't have to give everything away, but I'd like to know your strategy. Thank you. 5* ratings and future job assignments will be offered too. Thanks.
