Do you have experience drafting CAD isometric and plumbing plans? A set of Plumbing Plan for a 3-plex (new construction) needs to be updated ASAP, preferably over the weekend.
I have project 90% completed just need someone to go through with me and make sure we covered everything. The project is 3 units house in the mountains. The same will have one water meter for all 3 units and 3 propane gas meters (attached to Northern side facade). Each out of 3 (attached) units will have a separate heating system in the small mechanical room you will see on the plans, where our boiler and and other mechanical components will be located.
We have heat load calcs and if you know you qualify I would like to know how much experience do you have with designing and drafting such hydonic systems as we'd like to to add additional pages to the existing plan, showing said "Central Heating" system, using radiators and condensing "combi" boiler.
The idea is to have a simplified mechanical room in which all components for domestic hot/cold water and wall mounted radiators throughout the house will be located.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Please explain how is your experience relative to this project.
