I am looking for someone who will be able to run all basic bookeeping and accounting for my firm. We use XERO so you will need to be proficient in Xero and have experience using xero for both inventory and payroll in the United States. My be fluent in English, not passable, but fully conversational. We need to be able to communicate with each other without having to go back and forth 9 times. Not trying to be rude, but i have had a couple of poor experiences where people rate themselves as being fluent but in fact are not. Thank you for understanding.
