I have put this off for too long and need to get someone to help me with bookkeeping for a few businesses/LLCs. I need immediate help with constructing P & Ls for 2014. I'm looking for a part-time US or Canada based accountant to help maintain our books. We currently use Quickbooks desktop with multiple company files. Online/cloud based accounting systems are not a possibility at this time due to integration with our billing system. In no particular order this entails: - A/R: Our (web based) billing platform automatically generates and sends invoices to customers. It's also where credit memos are generated. Unfortunately, while invoices and payments sync to Quickbooks the credit memos have to be entered by hand. - A/P: We use bill.com and love it. One of our manufacturers has offered to give us terms on our POs with them. We will want Net 30 and then either a daily factor rate or an APR rate like a revolving credit card loan. We will be making small payments on these loans ongoing, and we will also be placing more POs along the way. We are looking for a cloud based (Google Docs) spreadsheet so we can track POs, Moneys owed, accruing interest, and payments.
