We have a document in PDF that we need recreated for a client. The resulting document needs to be editable in Adobe Acrobat when complete. The Job is clear and Simple but needs attention. 1. There are around 20 forms from 1 to 4 pages in PDF or Jpeg format. 2. These forms must be re-typed or copied and made in Microsoft Word. 3. There is no graphic content requirement. only texts and TextFields and Checkboxes. 4. You have to make a Microsoft word file which can be exported to PDF format. These PDF generated files should should TextFields or Checkboxes. These forms are intended to be filled by users, but trough a third party application. So, it is important that Microsoft Word should be designed to make correct output to Word. So, Fields which should be filled in Word document (TextFields) should be exported same as textfields to PDF. 5. These are official Dentistry Forms and need someone to make them with care and they should look fine. 6. There is no Graphic content in forms. Only need to make them clean and good looking forms. 7. The freelancer should be Native english speaking person or someone with very good english language , because forms must be designed correctly. Let me know if you can and we can talk on chat. This job consists 90% of downloading, editing and uploading pdf files. You will be downloading primarily from one site. You will edit the pdf files and upload the books to our seller account. -We will provide detailed instructions on how to edit the files. -The editing will include making sure there is no extraneous info - advertisements , project gutenberg stuff etc. Also the page numbering must be consistent. We will provide step by step instructions. The hardest part of the job is If the pdf is is old you will need to be able to decide if it is worth trying to fix. For example If there are too many markings in the book or it is too faded would you spend an hour trying to fix it? We will provide you with some ebooks as a test if you are selected and you will tell us what you would do in this situation. -Next you upload the book -After uploading you will fill out the author name, the description, (cut and paste from wikipedia or goodreads) and if you can also fill in the correct category let us know and we take note of this. -Choose categories and 5 keywords. If you can't do this step or are not confident you can do this part let us know, you will not necessarily be disqualified. -Also will check to verify the book is public domain, using google.
